Maintenance and Mechanical Center Complex

Smart Green Development LLC is pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of the Maintenance and Mechanical Center Complex constructed for Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi JSC.

The project was implemented between 2024 and 2026 and was designed to support the client's maintenance, repair, and operational activities through a modern, efficient, and purpose-built facility. The complex includes a two-story vehicle maintenance center, administrative office spaces, and supporting utility infrastructure.

The vehicle maintenance center has the capacity to service up to 10 vehicles simultaneously and accommodate one washing bay, providing a comprehensive environment for equipment maintenance and operational support. The project also features a dedicated office building with a total floor area of approximately 6,905 m² and an effective usable area of 6,734 m².

In addition, the construction scope included a supplementary utility building designed to support day-to-day facility operations and ensure reliable service delivery across the complex.

Throughout the project, Smart Green Development LLC maintained a strong commitment to quality, safety, and engineering excellence. The completed facility reflects the company's capability to deliver large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects that meet the highest standards of functionality and durability.
