CITY PARK RESIDENCE

This project offers a comprehensive solution for residents by providing a safe and comfortable living environment, recreational areas, and commercial and service centers that cater to the needs of all family members. Additionally, the project includes a middle school for 948 children and a kindergarten for 240 children. The development is designed with the highest standards of modern architectural solutions using environmentally friendly materials and equipment.

Project highlight

The traditional nomadic settlement pattern has influenced Mongolian architectural planning, leading to the creation of a special layout known as "Khuree". The master plan of the residential complex follows a symmetrical design, where the central green space serves as a welcoming garden for residents and visitors, forming the core concept of the project.

Green space

At the heart of our residential complex lies a 2.3-hectare green area, making it the largest green residential development in Mongolia.

To ensure a tranquil and safe environment, no vehicles or machinery will be allowed inside this green space. For the well-being of residents, the design includes a 1-kilometer looped running and cycling track, artificial lakes, various tree species, and diverse playgrounds for children.
