The "Smart Green Development 180" housing project is located in the “B” zone of the city center, featuring 180 apartments designed with environmentally friendly materials and equipment to promote both sustainability and human health through an excellent architectural solution.

Project Highlights

This project stands out by catering to the needs of families while incorporating green spaces, a children's playground, outdoor and indoor parking, and a designated “Green Zone” for residents to enjoy leisure time. On the first floor, there is a green area, including an oxygen room, providing a safe and healthy environment for families to relax together. Residents can use the oxygen room, which is available year-round. The windows of this room are equipped with NANO filters, and the independent ventilation system is fitted with HEPA filters that remove 99.99% of fine dust particles, ensuring clean air.

Outdoor Landscaping

Thirty percent of the project's total land area is dedicated to green spaces, including lawns and trees. It also features safe play areas for children and comfortable seating areas where elderly residents can relax in the sun.

Interior Design

The general design concept reflects a minimalist lifestyle, offering compact, multifunctional furniture that takes up minimal space. To create a spacious look, the design avoids large patterns and dark colors, opting instead for brighter and warmer tones. Colors play an important role, not only influencing a person's mood and health but also contributing to a healthy lifestyle.
